Announcement! (March 2025)

Fun thing I get to share: I got accepted into my first book festival as a local author!

Not a headliner, but it is a start for a debut author. I am nervous and excited as to be expected. I made sure to get more books in, have enough bookmarks on hand, and set up our POS (point of sale) device, make the signs, and ensure extra pens are already in the box. Not sure what to expect and will count one sale as a success.

Besides work, life, and prepping for my first festival, I have also been busy writing. Book two is taking shape and I am trying to take the same story telling steps I did for book 1. Since SPECIES: Cabin 6 was my first book, so I find myself looking at the publishing process again. Can’t say I will do everything the same way for book 2. Don’t get me wrong, happy with how I went about self-publishing. But now I see old options with a new set of glasses.
